“I was always very active, but after having kids I fell out of an exercise routine and then realized how vital it was for both my physical and mental health. I began to attend yoga and group exercise classes. It wasn’t until I ran my first 5k, in 2015 was my passion for running revealed. I love trying new races and traveling to run in new places. The most challenging run was the Garden of the Gods 10 miler in Colorado Springs and my favorite race is the Bay Bridge Run.”
