Meet the Trainers

Meet Kibby Dalton, a personal trainer with over four decades of experience. She’s been the owner of Easton Fit4Life, LLC since March 2011. Kibby’s certification through WITS, combined with her 48+ years of strength and weight training, bodybuilding, and nutrition expertise, makes her a true health, fitness, strength training, nutrition, supplementation, and wellness expert.

Kibby and her husband have been married for 35 years and have four adult children, their spouses, and five beautiful grandchildren. In addition to weight training, which she thinks is the best-kept secret for anti-aging in men and women, Kibby loves biking, swimming, activities on the water, and beach time at any beach. She finds immense joy in spending time with her clients, friends, and her most precious commodity, her family.

Kibby has embraced the Fit4Life lifestyle for over 40 years and is passionate about helping others embrace the elements that can lead to their success. These essential elements include strength training, cardiovascular work, proper nutritional fueling of the body, and a personal commitment to achieving goals and experiencing the results.

By consistently combining these four elements, Kibby believes that individuals can not only look their best but also feel their best and perform at their highest potential every day. Age is just a number, and it shouldn’t stop anyone from believing in their ability to live life optimally. When individuals feel good and are in better shape, it significantly impacts their daily activities.

Kibby knows that starting a fitness journey can be intimidating and challenging, especially when finding time is a concern. But she emphasizes that it’s worth it when individuals experience the tangible results of their efforts and commitment as they age.

Kibby expresses immense gratitude for God’s blessings in her life, drawing inspiration from the word of God, and her personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

I’m born and raised on the eastern shore. I grew up playing sports and being athletic through high school. My true niche of fitness exercise came through motherhood and I found the love for the gym and became a group fitness instructor. As my journey progressed I became a personal trainer and I love helping everyone find progress and confidence!

Although I am relatively new to the Personal Training arena, I’m excited to help my clients achieve a greater level of health & fitness. I am currently and have been a Physical Therapist’s Assistant for almost 14 years with Shore Regional Health. I am the novice (beginning rowers) coach for a rowing club here in Easton. I have been married for 31 years and have two kids, who are 25 and 27 years old.
I love to exercise and I especially love to teach people how to exercise correctly, avoiding injuries, while building strength and stamina, working around any issues a client might come in with.
Let’s get moving and together we can reach your goals!
