Melanie Krantz is certified through ACE as a personal trainer, and is CPR certified as well. As a former athlete, she is familiar with different training styles. She was a gymnast, a cheerleader, ran track and threw shotput. Her approach is to guide and motivate you, while making exercise fun & challenging! I enjoy working with all age groups, ranging from young athletes to seniors.
I was just like many of you. I was at an office job, sitting at a desk all day. Overweight, stressed out and in pain. When pain became unbearable, I went to the doctors. All of them said “lose weight and lower stress”. I decided they were right. The first step was the hardest, admiting they were right. I found an amazing personal trainer, who helped me dig deep, and find my motivation again. That change led to my fitness journey. I’ve since lost 60 pounds, and gained my confidence back. I want to help others to find their own path to fitness.
