Danielle is a certified personal trainer through (NASM) National Academy Of Sports Medicine. With knowledge in HIIT Training, Resistance Training, Balance Training, Strength Training, Plyometrics and Flexibility Training. She has 20 years experience in fitness which started out as a hobby that progressed to a love of fitness and that love of fitness turned into a passion to help others achieve their personal fitness goals. She is very firm on living with a positive attitude, healthy lifestyle, clean eating and staying focused on your goals. Danielle is a mother of three children and through her own personal experience with obesity she understands challenges and means to overcoming obstacles that can sabotage weight loss and fitness goals. She likes to keep her workouts fresh and enjoyable, yet challenging enough to continue reaping the results she desires.
