A graduate of Towson University with a B.S. in Exercise Science, Brittany has experience working with an array of skill sets and fitness levels. She believes in systematic training to help her clients gain necessary strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular capacity to reach their specific goals. She utilizes exercise variation and nutritional awareness to overcome plateaus. Brittany constantly creates new routines and challenging workouts while emphasizing the importance of consistency and accountability for optimal success. She incorporates a variety of functional training methods in each session. Her philosophy is to ensure that each one of her clients, no matter what age, can take their 50 pound carry-on and place it in an overhead bin without any help. In order to do that, they must not only be strong, they must be flexible.
