No monthly membership fees, no contracts to sign! Just commit yourself to training 1 to 5 days a week with one of our expert trainers.
Your average gym isn’t the ideal environment for personal fitness training. Not us! We are a personal training gym specializing in custom training programs for youth sports, strength training, all-around fitness, seniors’ balance and flexibility training, and wellness programs for men, women, and youth of all ages.
Expert 1 on 1 Training
Too many gyms are crowded, noisy, and make you feel rushed during your workout. Get a better personal training experience with us – a members-only gym with the space, privacy, and professionals you need to train properly and be your best.
No matter your age or body type, our personal trainers know how to get you the results you want. We personalize every workout to your abilities and overall health goals.
All clients who train 1-5 days a week will have 24/7 access to our cardio equipment:
Although access to our strength training equipment requires a personal trainer, you can come to the gym for cardio training 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is a cardio ONLY workout, limited to the Arc trainers, treadmills, rowers, bikes and mat work for stretching and abs.
For those clients who train a minimum of 2 days a week with their Trainer, they may utilize our Open Gym times 7 days a week.
Open Gym Times are 5-7 am, 12-3 pm, 7-10 pm.
Bootcamp classes on the weekends are $10 drop in for clients and non-clients. Call for times.
